I ordered two pairs of these boots, one as a Christmas gift for a friend and one for myself. We had both been looking for some boots just like this in gray. When my order arrived, only one pair was delivered. I was naturally upset, but contacted the company and I have never been so impressed with a company correcting an issue that may not have even been their fault. We don't know if it was the delivery service or the company, but the company is making things right.
They are reimbursing me for the missing boots AND replacing them at no charge! They don't have a huge selection yet, but I will be watching for more to come!
