When you select your size from the drop down menu and add to cart, it automatically changes your selection to the WW version, which isn't even an option in the drop down menu. I ordered these in 8E, and received 8WW. I have tried adding multiple sizes to cart, and always it gives you the corresponding WW version. Called amazon support, and they told me to try to find them in store because they don't know why it changes to WW, and "only the manufacturer can explain it."

In short, boots look great, but do not order unless you are size WW. Terrible disappointment.

Very pretty boot; heel height is perfect, color is just as I anticipated. What I didn't expect was how tall the boot is. Perhaps after browsing so many, I just missed the fact that the shaft is too tall for my legs (I believe this might be a 16" shaft??). Anyway, the top of the boot digs into the back of my knees when I sit. But, that is really my fault for not checking the measurement. Otherwise, the boots are comfortable, although a little warm.

I looked a long time for some boots that would work for me and these are great. The leather is soft and the heel is just right. The toe is rounded and gives my feet plenty of room. I have slightly narrow size 10 feet but my toes are a little wide and these fit great. Sometimes with boots my heel will slip around but not with these. The elastic in the back makes them nice and snug on my calves which are a little large. I think they would fit someone with thin calves as well because there is a lot of room for give there. I bought the size 42 and I am a true size 10.

I generally prefer a leather boot to suede. But from the looks of these thought they deserved a try. I couldn't have been more right!! I love how fitted they are to the leg. They are most definitely sexy boots.

I purchased the size 10, as I usually do in boots. I like room for socks with boots. I should not have gone up in size. I think my regular size 9.5 would have been sufficient to wear with socks as these were too big. I considered keeping them, but chose to return. I tend to prefer perfection at this price point.

If you are considering these boots, go for it. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I was looking for high-heeled gladiator sandals or bootie, and thought this style might accommodate my both goals. When I visited (...) and checked their style book, there were several models in similar clothes that I have, or really like, and it instantly clicked me! Plus I had one pair of Maxstudio high heels, which I really enjoy wearing (really comfortable though they are 4-inch high with mostly no platform!). I am between 7 and 7 1/2, but since the one I already have is in size 7 (and fits me perfectly) I ordered size 7.

Well, I just received the pair yesterday, and I LOVE it!!! Like the one before, it fits me well, and although my ankles are pretty skinny (I am 5"3' and 100 lbs...usually wear size 0 or 1), because of the bootie's feature of lace-up style, the upper part looks tight enough on my legs. I have to deal with extra-long lace remaining at the top when I tied them up, but I kind of tied them around my ankle/legs and I think they look good too.

As you know, Maxstudio's shoes use extra soft leather, and this bootie is not an exception. Very comfortable, and though my sole are a bit wide around toe and thin (which is really difficult to find right sandals because most sandals get too loose on my feet), this pair does a good job in holding my feet in the right place. This is the very first time for me to order shoes on line without trying, but I am glad that I did. I ordered black one but now want to order one in brown!

Oh, I also have to mention that Amazon is actually giving us a super good deal! Other websites still sell this bootie for more than (...).
