I was questionable when purchasing this boot due to the lack of reviews for it but went ahead and took the chance given the option of free returns. The leather is somewhat thin and the arch support in the boot is lacking. I will probably invest in some insoles at a later date. This is an overall great boot for the price being that it is actually leather and most boots in this price range are "pleather". it has a low heel and a semi-adjustable latch atthe top of the boot with no zipper. I really like them overall, so it was a good purchase
