These boots are so amazing that I bought three pairs in different colors from Amazon and DKNY. This last pair from Amazon was crooked and wrinkled (bad cutting and sewing) at the top of the boot and folded down to hide the fact. I contacted DKNY about this and was told that this is not normal factory quality. If it was sold, there should have been clear indication of the defects. Amazon did not include this information, however, did offer a return of the product.
