Don't get me wrong, these a beautiful shoes -well made and great fitting. I wished so much I could keep them, but the shiny silver lining on the strap is cut with a zigzag design that is sharp and scratchy. I don't think I would ever be able to soften these straps enough to make them comfortable. Too bad. I really liked them.
