I received two boxes, the USPS box and the actual shoe box, one inside the other. The actual shoe box, which was inside the other, was smashed and all taped up. It was like they were used. The shoes themselves are very cute and pretty comfortable, however the material on the outside is not very durable. It has ripped on the heels in at least 2 different places, and on one of the toes it ripped just by barely rubbing it on the carpet.
