The calf area fits perfect, but the foot area runs large and wide. I always buy a size 7 reg width with boots so I can wear thicker socks. I am normally a size 6 1/2. This boot, had I been able to try it on first, would have been purchased as a size 6 probably. The quality is great and again the fact that it fits my calf is wonderful. I kept the boots and I do wear them alot because it is not easy for me to just go out and find one easily.
