I gave this item a 4 because the boots themselves are great and fit wonderfully but the buttons on the side came off less than 2 weeks after pruchase. Both boots now have this flap hanging off the side where the button used to keep them in place. I have a shoe guy who fixes everything so i will take them there to be fixed, but after only 2 weeks of having them and only wearing once i was a little disappointed. Other than that, I like these and would recommend. I have a large foot so i always get excited when i find boots my size that actually fit, are comfortable and are fashionable. These boots are that for me (minus the not so great quality of sewing the buttons on).
