I admit to getting a little teary eyed after putting these on. I opened the box and the smell of leather just wafted out and I knew I was going to be at least a little bit happy. The leather itself is thin and comfortable and sleek looking yet still very high quality. After I put them on I was shocked at how EASY they were to put on, that elastic doesn't distract from the look of the boot and definately made it a snap to put the boot on and I have very muscular calves that usually need some coercing to get into a knee high boot. They're so comfortable and beautiful. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Just a wonderful boot.

True fit, as always with Fly London. The heels are a teensy bit high for me but I'm now so used to platforms and never wear anything higher than 3". However, given their height, they're very comfy. The suede is top quality, also typical of Fly London. But the best part is the look. LOVE IT! Wear with dresses, skirts, or my fave, tucked in skinny jeans and a cute jacket or leggings and a long top. They dress up or down. Love 'em.

Style: This boot can be worn three different ways: 1)you can wear as is, 2)you can remove the top strap, or 3)you can remove the top strap and fold down the top, revealing a cute patterned fabric. The suede is really soft genuine leather, but I wish the straps were not faux leather (although the boot still looks good).

Fit: The boot runs true to size or even a little big. I usually wear a 7-7.5, so I ordered the 7.5 and it is a half-size too big. However, when I put on socks the boot fits okay, and my foot does not slide. Plus, I have room to add a cushioned insert, which leads me to my next point...

Comfort: The boot is not too tight around the calf (and you can adjust the straps if you do want a tighter fit), it is not too tight around the foot, and the sole has a little padding. I will probably add a squishy insert for extra comfort, though. Also, there is a side zipper.

Price: I bought the boot on sale for under $40 and free shipping.

Overall: This inexpensive, real-leather, versatile boot is a steal!

I love the look and feel of these boots---they're soft, comfy, stretchy, and thin so that they breathe a little bit. My only complaint is that they don't stay laced when you take them off, but I think that's pretty typical. The material is soft so I didn't really expect them to stay that way like my other real leather ones. I like these better than my authentic ones though.
